The Colonial SC U18 boys soccer program currently participates and trains all year around which prepares us for State Cups Competition (EPYSA) and College Showcase Tournaments.  Each season typically starts the first week of November after high school soccer season and the length of season will go until the first week of August the follwing year. Practice and training typically occurs  twice a week and tournaments are scheduled in advance. 

 

This past season the Gunner’s participated in the Upper Buck Soccer League (UBSL) due to it being a short season which qualified us for the EPYSA NCS State Cups and the availability to start in College Showcase Tournament as early as Thanksgiving.
 
In June of 2011 the Gunners were offered the oppurtinuty to partcipate in their first international soccer match against a team from Wales.  The Wales team was from Bridgend College which provided a great game and a life time of memories.

SOCCER TRYOUTS

 

Soccer try-outs for the U18 boy’s teams are open to everyone. Tryouts for the 2011-2012 will be taking place in the next month and the dates will be posted. If you are not able to make one of those dates we are conducting individual tryouts during the months of September and October at the scheduled training sessions.

 

COLONIAL SOCCER CLUB TRYOUT REQUIREMENTS:

1. All players trying out must complete and hand-in the require waiver which can be found in the handout section of website.

2. Any potential player must attend at least 1 tryout in order to be eligible for inclusion on a Colonial Soccer Club travel team.

3. All those trying out must wear shin guards and soccer cleats or turf shoes to try-outs
