The Colonial Soccer Club’s intramural/recreational soccer program starts for players entering Kindergarten during the fall season and continues through to High School.
Colonial Soccer Club has made a change this year in the format for the division structure. We are now using school grade as the determining factor for the division the player will be in during the season rather than their age on July 31. For travel players and those participating on the select teams the age of the player on July 31 determines the team they are eligible for.
Below is a chart that indicates the division structure for the fall for intramural/recreational programs based per school grades and gender.

The soccer season generally starts the weekend after Labor Day each year. Teams are organized the last week of July and players will be contacted by the first week in August. Practices are not mandatory in August, but many coaches will start as soon as there is field space available. Practice nights are determined by the coach and the division coordinator and are communicated to the families by the coach. Generally practices are one night a week, but can be more if there is field availability which is determined by Colonial Soccer Club and the coach.
The season runs for approximately 10-weeks which usually ends by the middle of November. The season could get extended if the age group coordinator has available field space to offer more games. Most games (all for U12 and younger) are played on Saturday mornings with rain-outs or rescheduled games occurring either on an off week or Sunday.
