Special Issues
Food drive was a huge success. Morgan Langley from the Philadelphia Union was great with the kids. 2090 lbs. of food was collected as well as $700 cash from sales from the food stand. Great job U12 teams.
Field Issues – Victory woes continue. Although field space was booked in January and permits were obtained, Victory 1 was double booked with Colonial Field Hockey.
Rental Lights on GPCC Upper field. Service call was made to fix some of the light stands that are having issues. Renee Ebersole is working with Phil Brady to resolve the resident complaint.
Anyone using GPCC, please make sure you pick up the trash. GPCC parking lot light issues are being worked on. Township does realize there is a problem.

Treasurer – (Debbie Miller):
Debbie is working on cleaning up outstanding issues.
Director of Coaching – Andres Marin:
Keeper clinic – 20 players attending. We will be looking into offering another clinic in March or April. Cancellations due to weather will be posted on the website by 5:00 pm on Fridays. There have been several requests for an offensive drill clinic but there is no one available to conduct this clinic at this time.
Chief of Referees – Ivan Bell:
No report.
Director of Fundraising – (open):
CSC social is scheduled for November 11th at Brittingham’s. Tickets will be $20 during presale and $25 at the door. Travel teams have been asked to donate baskets, intramural teams have been asked for door prizes.
Director of Equipment – Tom Jerin:
Contact Tom if you need patches for your Columbus Day Tournaments. New goals have been delivered.
Director of Fields – Mark Melvin:
More paint needs to be ordered. Coordinators are being asked to check their fields and report any issues to Mark.
Registration – Debbie Miller:
Junior boys are registering now. Following this registration, database will be shut down and Debbie officially resigns as Director of Registration.
Union Partnership – Nick Liska:

Dawn Gaffney reported there are 9 select teams that will be participating in tournaments.

Nick Liska reported U12 boys are having a hat sale fundraiser. Visors and hats are available.
