Meeting was called to order at 7:40 p.m.

Note the meeting was moved to a Wednesday this month.
Carrie Pogust was interviewed and nominated for a new team with the U-11 girls B team. Carrie was unanimously elected.
Dawn Gaffney was appointed to the position of select team coordinator.
A brief discussion about the contracts for fields between the club and the high school was discussed. Bob O’Neill was going to talk to the school and report back to Joe.
Andres Marin and Joe Hunter attended a meeting with Tornetta about new fields that Tornetta wants to lease to clubs. This will create a lot of field space for the club. We may have to add the cost into the registration.
Walk in registration is scheduled for Saturday May 28th from 9:00 am to Noon.

Allan Corpus talked about a new design for the website that he and Rob Brown would work on. (Rob will report more in June)
Communication:
We are not sure why the parents of intramural players are not getting the word about travel tryouts, though we had record numbers this year we still are getting parents that call and email asking when tryouts are after they are over.

Placement letters are due to club by June 6th.
Vice President Intramural – George Sandcroft:
Intramural players and parents need clinics from EPYSA or some other form of clinics. They are the feeder program for the travel program.

Financial report submitted.
Director of Coaching – Andres Marin:
No report.
Chief of Referees – Ivan Bell:
Referees will be supplied to all divisions except the Kindergarten co-ed. As reported in the past Ivan said we have enough refs to cover the games.
Director of Fundraising – Rob Brown:

Director of Equipment – Tom Jerin:
Corner flags are available for all new coaches.

Union Partnership – Nick Liska:
April 30th game tickets were distributed via a random draw. A very nice thank you was received from the family selected. No complaints have been received on ticket distribution. Final group sale will be for September 10th game.

U12 boys A and B teams made a donation to the Denise Cotteta scholarship fund.
