Travel Coach Nominations:
Mo Cranney submitted his resignation of U12 Boys A team effective on March 14.
U12 Girls – Denis Bower withdrew his nomination, Krissy Kaufmann accepted her nomination
U12 Boys A – Nick Liska accepted his nomination
Travel Coach Elections:
Tim Marx and Craig Smith spoke on their qualifications to be U10 boys coach. Tim Marx was elected via secret ballot.
Remaining slate of travel coaches was elected.
Board meeting ended then general membership meeting was called to order.
The group listened to a presentation by David Pettican, National Director of Coaching for BEST(British European Soccer Training).

Township Days:
Whitemarsh Day is April 30th. U11 girls team will be hosting a dunk tank to raise money for their team.
Plymouth Township Day is June 4th. Volunteers are needed.
Camps:
Summer camp information is listed on the website. EPYSA and PW Boys Soccer are two camps being added to the website.
Registration:
Got Soccer will be used this year for the travel database and Youth Leagues will continue to do the intramural database. Travel registration will not be open until after travel tryouts on April 2nd. Since intramural database did not open on March 15th as in the past, fee schedule will be adjusted accordingly.
Travel Tryouts:
Travel tryouts are April 2nd. All players must submit a signed waiver to participate. Waiver form can be downloaded from website. Parents will be asked to man the registration table.
Accessories:
Any team wishing to order accessories (ie bags, warm-ups, etc) can coordinate with Molly Liska. She will be handling ordering of special items going forward.
New Logo:
The new colonial soccer club logo was displayed for everyone to see.
Standard Reports:
President – Joe Hunter:
Joe Hunter attended the AGM of EPYSA and also Plymouth township. The club will not be receiving the money from Plymouth Township that was given in the past.
Vice President Travel (open):
See Travel Tryouts information above.
Vice President Intramural – George Sandcroft:
George has been researching programs to help both intramural coaches and players. He suggested a more detailed set of guidelines to be given to coaches for player evaluations in an effort to help coordinators make teams as even as possible.
Krissy Kaufmann has resigned as 4th/5th grade boys coordinator but will be taking over as the 6th/7th/8th grade boys coordinator.

Director of Coaching – Andres Marin:
Men’s team and EPYSA will assist with player evaluations at travel tryouts. Coaching packets are being prepared for intramural coaches. Andy will be at tryouts. Please stop by to meet him if you have a chance.
Director of Fundraising – Rob Brown:
Tournament preparations are underway for May 7th/8th. We are trying to schedule most games for May 7th. CSC has 6 or 7 teams committed to participate at this time. Still waiting to hear from Whitpain on their participation.
Director of Equipment – Tom Jerin:
No report.
Director of Fields – Mark Melvin:
Rock league and Cups games are in 2 weeks. Fields need to be lined.
Registration – Debbie Miller:
See above.
Union Partnership – Nick Liska:
Home opener is March 26th. Discounted tickets were offered for the 2nd home game. 99 tickets were sold plus the club’s 24 tickets. 3rd home game will include random drawing for club’s tickets. May 21st game eleven CSC players will escort Union players onto field. A Union player will be coming out to visit the club later in the year.
Tom Jerin suggested we try to get a player come out for Plymouth Township Day.
Joe Hunter motioned that Cal Liska be one of the eleven players. Motion was seconded and passed.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
