Travel Registration – a deadline is going to be set and sent out to all travel coaches so that player passes can be printed. Printed player passes will be provided by the club this year – coaches do not need to print their team’s player passes this year.
Risk management forms need to be filled out asap.
Kathy Mahabee has been appointed to 4th/5th grade boys intramural coordinator.

President – Joe Hunter:
Still working on contracts for Victory Fields for 2011 Fall season. Meeting has been set with Terry Yemm. Per new ordinance, lights are out at Victory Fields until September 1st. Intercounty meeting tomorrow (Joe asked for someone to attend in his place).
Vice President Travel (open):

Vice President Intramural – George Sandcroft:
No report.
Technology – Allan Corpus:
Motion was made to move to a new website. The new site will be more less expensive and more user friendly. Motion was seconded and passes. Allan will work with Rob Brown on the new website. Travel teams can provide updated information to be posted to their team pages as needed.
Treasurer – Kris Kaufmann:
Financial report submitted.
Director of Coaching – Andres Marin:
Working on setting up dates with George Sandcroft for positive coaching alliance for intramural coaches.

New Colonial Soccer Club patch was passes around for everyone to see.
Union Partnership – Nick Liska:
Final group sale will be for September 10th game.

New Business:
CSC night at Dick’s will be on August 24th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Working on getting a Union Player appearance.

Good of the Game:
U18 boys travel team hosted a team from Wales for two days here in Plymouth.
