The monthly meeting of the Board of Directors of the Colonial Soccer Club was held on Tuesday, January 18th, 2011 at the Plymouth Township Building on Belvoir Rd. Plymouth Meeting PA. The meeting began at 7:30 PM.

BUDGET
A motion was made and carried approving the Club’s 2011 budget. Joe Hunter noted prior to the final vote that the budget provides for $85 intramural player registration fees, $175 travel player fees and $35 select team player fees. This results in fees being the same as last season.
NOMINATIONS OPENED FOR CLUB OFFICERS AND COORDINATORS

STANDARD REPORTS
President (Joe Hunter) –Noted that all 2010 bills need to be paid and outstanding checks need to get cashed. Krissy and Joe discussed going to a business like account where checks are no longer good (expire) if not cashed within 90 days.
VicePresident – Travel No report
Vice President – Intramural (George Sandcroft) – George discussed the current evaluation process and how it desperately needs to be updated. George was told that in a previous meeting Greg Nowak and Krissy Kaufmann reported that they had ideas on working it out and that he should contact them.
Vice President – Technology (Allan Corpus) –Allan noted that if anyone wanted anything on the website to contact him.
Treasurer (Joe Hunter – acting) – No report. End of year report isn’t available yet.
Director of Coaching (Jim Amon) – No Report.
Chief of Referees (Ivan Bell) –No Report.
Director of Fund Raising – No report.
Director of Equipment (Tom Jerin) –Tom asked the board if it would be okay to donate the old uniforms and equipment. Everyone agreed that it was a good idea.
Director of Fields (Mark Melvin) – Home field for Spring and Cups will be Victory 3 and 4 Mark also noted we will need to paint the lines again in the Spring.
OTHER ITEMS REPORTED
Sandi Mansfield asked if there was any way to stop asking for uniform sizes on registration? It was explained to Sandi that uniforms are ordered based on those assumptions from the year before because of the timing of the need to place the orders.
Joe Hunter stated the Tops division is now playing indoor.
Tim Marx has his team playing in the U-9 Buxmont Cups.
Kim Detweiler of the women’s team announced her plans to add a third women’s team.
