Patrick Trofa has been appointed as 1st grade boys intramural coordinator.
Tony Caffrey has been appointed 1st/2nd Grade girls intramural coordinator.
Brandon Rost/Allan Corpus have been elected U8 select Coaches
Dan Bussett has been elected U14 girls select coach
Tony Caffrey has been elected U9 girls select coach
CSC Night at Dick’s is Wednesday August 24th. Check website for coupons.
Angelo’s 20% off coupon is online good through Saturday, August 20th.
Putting out goals has been postponed due to G License course schedule for the same day.
Mandatory travel coaches meeting is being held Thursday, August 18th.

Adult medium black travel jerseys are still backordered by Adidas.
Vice President Travel (open):
If you are adding secondary players to ICSL, contact Joe Hunter. Field space times have been allocated
Vice President Intramural – George Sandcroft:
Some intramural divisions still need coaches. Schedules are being prepared. Coordinators need to provide number of games to receive referee fees.
Technology – Allan Corpus:
New website in progress. Colonialsoccerclub.org.
Treasurer – Kris Kaufmann:
Financial report submitted.
Director of Coaching – Andres Marin:
Very low response for G License course. Soccer Festival at Ridge Park on September 10th. We may be conducting coach training sessions there. PCA (positive coaching alliance) is scheduled for September 7 & 8.
Chief of Referees – Ivan Bell:
High school teams now have mandatory Saturday practices, reducing the number of referees we have available for Saturday games. Working on getting more referees. Referees have been added to 1st grade boys games. Scheduling adjustments may be necessary to assure there are enough referees.
Director of Fundraising – (open):
Rob Brown officially resigned. Renee announced that picture day this year is September 24th. We will once again be at two locations (Ridge Park Elementary and Colonial Elementary near Victory Fields. Volunteers are needed at both locations to check in the teams. Colorgraphics will once again be taking the photos. This year we have gone back to using only one photographer for both intramural and travel pictures. More information will be email as the schedule is completed.

Director of Equipment – Tom Jerin:
Equipment bags for intramural coordinators are ready. Volunteers are needed to put out the goals. Travel team balls will be given out at mandatory travel coaches meeting.
Director of Fields – Mark Melvin:
Some game fields are affected by the high school Saturday practices. As a reminder, please be sure to go to the website to check for field closures. DO NOT CALL GPCC. A suggestion was made to also use twitter and facebook for field closures.
Registration – Debbie Miller:
Database for 2011 is closed.
Union Partnership – Nick Liska:
Very successful group sales for September 10th game.
Coordinators:
No reports.
Coaches:
No reports.
New Business:
Travel teams will be given the $200 tournament stipend when the club receives a copy of their cancelled check. Copies should be submitted to Joe.
Old Business:

Good of the Game:
A letter was received from a High School parent thanking Dennis for doing such a great job on running the High School Coed division so well. Congratulations Dennis!
