U-9 Boys and Girls Coaches:
Nick Smith has been elected as U-9 Boys Travel Coach
Adam Kaye has been elected as U-9 Girls Travel Coach
Director of Fields Position:
Mark Melvin has been reappointed to Director of Fields position.
Eastern Penn Youth Soccer Presentation:
Presentations on Coaching Education, Lectures, Symposiums and Summer Camps that are available were given by Mike Barr, Shelly Chamberlain and Chris Branscome.
Fundraising Opportunity with Market America:
Erin made a presentation on a fundraising/profit sharing opportunity through purchase of everyday products. No upfront costs to the club. Club will try the program on a trial basis.
Making the Change Complete:
Colonial Soccer Club name change is in process officially.

Field Issues:
Club has lost the use of some fields at PW during Spring season but are working to resolve the issue with school administrators. Any problems with field scheduling, please contact Mark Melvin.
Scholarship Committee:
A low number of applications have been received this year for the scholarships. Modifications to the award process may be made this year at the discretion of the scholarship committee.
Bylaws:
The club’s bylaws will be reviewed and updated by Greg Nowak and presented to the board for approval.
U-12 Girls Dunk Tank Volunteers:
Volunteers are needed to sit in the dunk tank to help the U-11 girls team. Sign up for a time slot by contacting Brandon Rost.
Standard Reports:
President – Joe Hunter:
Joe Hunter will attend upcoming ICSL and township monthly meetings.
Vice President Travel (open):
Tryouts are wrapping up. Rosters are due by May 1st.
Vice President Intramural – George Sandcroft:
No report.
Technology – Allan Corpus:
In the process of changing over emails to colonial soccer club.
Treasurer – Kris Kaufmann:
Financial report submitted.
Director of Coaching – Andres Marin:
Thanked the group for coming out the monthly meeting. It would be nice to see more participation every month.

Tournament information for May 7th/8th has been sent out.
Director of Equipment – Tom Jerin:
Suggested we explore setting up a walk-in registration table and township days if logistically possible in the future.
Director of Fields – Mark Melvin:
Working to resolve scheduling problems with the school district.
Registration – Debbie Miller:
Last year we only received 30 people sign up at walk-in registration. For consideration….due to the low number, do we need to continue this in the future?

Rob Brown is coaching at St. Joe’s. Players can be ball boys/girls at games.
